Pros

Typically a fun team environment, interesting to work at the YYC Canadian headquarters and observe the many roles involved in corporate success.

Cons

CSR team was treated as entirely separate & not included in much of the company decisions/changes, even when they directly affected the workflow of CSR team members & the customers they directly communicated with.
