Pros

Good work environment, flexible shift schedule. Managers available to help out and work around your schedule. Possible free training on Tax preparation if you can stick with them for the complete tax season and see potential in you. Good for a part time /extra cash job over the weekends.

Cons

Low pay rate. No 401K, no benefits for lower rank employees.
