Pros

Excellent place to get challenging customer service experience. Also, the training system was effective and management was understanding when training you with a new task.

Cons

Pay was average at best and the notice of when the temporary position was ending was very short. I saw a ton of paper being used.

Pros

Career advancement, Resume Builder, Great for Entry-Level Skill Building, Very Flexibile Hours, Meet New People, Marketing Opportunities Available for Extra Hours and Professional Enviornment

Cons

Can be a bit un-organized depending on the office, the pay is quite low for CSP's and Receptionists, must re-apply for positions and are only available during tax season (January-April).
