Pros

Work from home, autonomy with scheduling

Cons

Having to hire and rehire tax pros yearly can be cumbersome. Retention of those tax pros as they increase in age is getting harder and harder.

Bad culture and poor leaders

Pros

Easy job 8 months out of the year.

Cons

Staffing the offices is a challenge. Below average compensation for most office associates and tax pros. The quality of regional leadership can be extremely poor. Most wouldn't be Store Managers at a big box company.
