Pros

Very flexible schedule - this company bends over backward to work with you, meeting great people, awesome employee website that keeps you informed, district leadership visits all stores quite frequently offering feedback

Cons

Management and even some tax professionals walk in late and pay little attention to their calendar. They want $17 hour work but pay you peanuts, I was a little surprised at all they wanted me to do for the pay and think it is unfair they pay more in Manhattan than in other boroughs - same work. It is discouraging to see them pay a college-educated experienced person the same as someone who just graduated high school.
