Short season of work (generally November to April as Tax Pro, October to April as MTL/ATL, January(sometimes February) as CSP. Thrown into thick of things and often told to 'figure it out' when request for more information is made. If company does not make regional goals, no one receives a bonus regardless of how hard they work. Very High Stress the closer to April it gets. Flexible schedule is main marketing point - however your manager will request you open up your time repeatedly. If willing to work hard, plenty of room to shoot up the corporate ladder quick. (csp ->atl -> mtl within a years time.)
