Pros

Flexibility around other commitments are reasonable (I have 2 other jobs). Technical and theoretical training is top notch for the industry! Company goals and vision are concise. Sense of community and support with colleagues and managers. Career development opportunities (growth) are existent and accessible with so many resources at your fingertips.

Cons

High level commitment of responsibility (on and off season) for success as a tax preparer where base wages are on lower end. Better compensation is weighted more on performance and expertise, which is generally understandable, but may prove challenging for retaining newer professionals. Organizational leadership in offices is inconsistent at times.
