Pros
This can be a good option for those who has no or little experience and are willing to take classes or training about taxes. The time is very flexible, office/district managers may let you pick the time frame that fits for schedule. Co-workers are friendly and supportive and help newbies.
Cons
- Low pay: First year tax pros may get only minimum wages, no commision in the first year at H&R Block - Commission starts in the 2nd year working for H&R Block but you have to keep your work very productive to get the commision. - Stressful: Some clients are rude and have no patience.
