Pros

I can't think of a thing.

Cons

I worked for them last year and because I was harassed by another co-worker and they wouldn't do anything about it except try to cover it up and I am a senior so I guess H & R Block doesn't want seniors working for them and do not think they can do the job. I tried to go to work for H & R again this year but due to the above issues I was not hired again. Don't work for them they have no loyalty in the Gulf Breeze, Florida offices to their employees. The Tiger Point office all quit and they had to hire all new people for this year.

Pros

Excellent training. Clearly defined goals. Focus on good service. State of the art technology, both client facing and in house.

Cons

Messy seasonal start up hiring process. District support staff is spread too thin.
