Pros

Overall training program (initial, follow on courses) conducive to educating the new or seasoned tax preparer. While high stress at long hours during the busy season, office staff kept up morale. Able to build clientele with ease.

Cons

Can be very long hours during the busy season. Not year round employment.

Pros

Training and leveling up to tax advisor 3, invaluable. Convenient work location. Great coworkers in the office that included teamwork. Plenty of online resources.

Cons

Highest pay for leveling up,$9.75, low pay. Office manager lacked knowledge and leadership skills. Low pay for first year tax pros.

Pros

First time job and I got experience. Some of the other ladies were beyond sweethearts and treated me nicely the minute I got there.

Cons

The manager was beyond rude and did things her way which contradicted the way corporate had told us to do.
