Pros

Mostly nice customers. There is always something new to learn and it can be very challenging which is both a good and a bad thing at times. There can be flexibility with hours worked. There are ways to increase your salary by increasing your certification level or taking an IRS exam.

Cons

It's only seasonal, so income is limited for the year. There are a couple of peak times that can be a bit stressful, because the clients are anxious and also there are so many of them at once.

The pay is not great for the amount of hours put in.
