Pros

It is a supportive environment where the more senior staffs are always willing to share their knowledge.

Cons

1. Office manager needs to learn how to train junior staffs. Learning on the job means you need to guide and review the work of junior staffs on the new type of returns that he/she prepares. It is not sufficient to just refer to another customer file as example when it comes to tax matters. 2. You can't make much money as a casual as there could be no work at all in off-peak. 3. The so call bonus is hard to achieve. The bonus for return associates are no where to be seen. In short, it is good for flexibility, but not when you are after a constant income stream.
