Pros

Their training is best compared to other store front tax offices, and they are flexible when scheduling work hours.

Cons

Seasonal work, requiring unpaid training during the off-season. Management seems more concerned with selling additional services rather than preparing tax returns correctly.

Pros

Company provides many training opportunities for their employees. Offers flexible work schedule. The more experienced staff members often willing to mentor "newbie" preparers. A large number of preparers have multiple years of service with the company.

Cons

For the most part, it only offers seasonal employment. Sometimes wish there were better lines of communication beyond the District Level.
