Pros

They treat you well and the place is very organized. The commute for me is easy and they have a great compensation plan.

Cons

Business has really slowed and they have started to lay off people. I can only hope with my experience and hard work I will stay.

Pros

Returning tax professionals and office leaders: Get access to tax training, tools and resources, and tax research with the Knowledge Development section of MyBlock.

Cons

My personal opinion is that the H&R B route would sort of be a waste of good brain power & work ethic. There are other ways you can contribute value and maximizing your earning potential while probably working less hours. You need to develop your entrepreneurial initiative a little bit. Pros

You set your own hours. You have to continue taking classes and knowing what tax laws are changing.

Cons

It is only seasonal and the benefits are negligable.
