Just don't do it

Pros

If you are lucky enough to have a lead who cares, it makes things easier. But they expect Seniors to do Lead jobs and Leads to do Managers jobs.

Cons

Despite working a minimum of 40 hours a week, you are not considered full time. You are required to furlough (yes, unpaid time off) for at least 8 weeks so they can work around their own policies for benefits eligibility. Despite annual hours worked divided by 52 weeks being more than 40 hours/week, you are still considered Seasonal. Despite being a tax company, they struggle with getting paycheck withholding correct and sometimes randomly start withholding for another state. Because you can't actually talk to payroll directly, nothing is ever done. You talk to someone at a call center who becomes the middleman for communication but the initial person you talk with doesn't follow the case and it is just a random person each time you call which means you have to go through the entire set of information each time. I gave up trying to get my withholding corrected after 2 years.
