Pros

Easy work, tax reps are nice , it's really easy confirming or cancelling appointments

Cons

Communicating with the tax reps to let them know when they have a client come in. There should be some type of communication on how to let them know they have a client there. Besides having to leave the desk to let them know when we are not supposed to go back there.
