Pros

The interaction with both the tax professionals and clients are rewarding. Company cares about their employees. When clients are unhappy every effort is made to fix problem.

Cons

The only con for me was that it is seasonal and I miss the interaction with the co-workers and also the clients.

Pros

I enjoyed working with my office manager and tax professionals. We all worked well together.

Cons

I like to be busy but in the beginning of the tax season it was very slow. For new CSPs, more training on the scheduling module would be a plus. I learned as I went along and it got busier.
