Worked many dead hours to cover the shift because we had no CSP in our office. Retail managers who was hired for marketing had done nothing much for our area marketing. I have increased the revenue, clients numbers, higher NPS & product attachment and reached EA after my third season. I was told that my pay next year would be lower than my first year's wage. Remind you all, your wages - commision = comission after the tax season. Being a hard worker at H&R Block does not mean anything to the upper management.

Senior management does not want to hear suggestions from the people who are working directly working with the clients. They continue to decrease pay, support and resources for the field while they take large bonuses. Even though this is a seasonal industry there is more than 50 or 60 hours of work to do year round.
