Pros

One of the best reasons for working here is getting desk job experience. It is only seasonal hire.

Cons

Very hard to get help for answers as tax pros aren't always willing to help. No assistance from managers. Most managers aren't proficient in taxes. Not team based although they try to make it seem like it is.
