Pros

I’m thankful to be working with helpful and hardworking coworkers. Such a great team of caring tax professionals. Always answer your questions and teaching you how to be a exceptional supporter the next time around.

Cons

No free lunch almost rarely and demanding calls. Treated like a customer support line. Coworkers expect high empathy put of you. Training only covers little so prepare to learn on the job.
