Pros

This job offers a lot of free training resources you can study during the off season so that you can move up through the ranks

Cons

They have recently been through a lot of organizational change leaving lots of people confused, maybe that will improve. There is a drop in clients with more people doing taxes using home software.

Pros

They offer a 3-month training tax course and you need to pass 80% on the final test. Then you have a chance to work at one of their offices, but it depends on the open positions at each office. I gained some experience there while attending school.

Cons

Basic salary. Low commission. Not have opportunity to work long-term. Only seasonal.
