Hours are flexible in Summer months, work hard for tax season then much easier in off season. Management is good.

Cons

Pay is low for area, no benefits, medical, dental, 401k etc. Not much else to complain about, overall good company.

hourly pay management directives not specific to local office situation archane and sometimes convoluted timecard and other back-office softwares

Money, Flexible in work hours, Co-workers, seasonal work, you don't get burnt out all year.

Cons

Lack of options on CE training, but that has more to do with our franchise owner than what HR Block actually offers.
