Pros

The good thing is easy for applying and start your tax career and also you can learn some tax knowledge from sophisticated employees. You can choose your schedule for the work.

Cons

The company can hire anyone, so people have degrees and accounting knowledge do not go there. Charge customers a lot of money for the tax returns although paid a little to the tax paperers. If you charge that much please hire someone with better tax knowledge!

Pros

Excellent, if not the BEST tax training you can get. Valuable experience, if you can get any hours.

Cons

Limited office support once you start work, you are left to fend for yourself fixing computer issues, cash receipts etc. Tax pros are also expected to clean the toilet and carry the garbage. Hours are adhoc, you are expected to be available if and when needed.
