Pros

Working in an industry that had the potential to actually help people. My first year was great, there were optional add ons, but they were not necessarily right for every client.

Cons

Sells everyone on addons they don't need or want. There was a big push a few years ago on this and it changed the entire scope of work. Doesn't matter how hard you work for the client, just have to make sales quotas. Horrible environment for people already having a stressful time.
