Pros

Very flexible schedules that allow you to share with your family and improve your education while earn extra money. My partners helped me a lot. I cannot guarantee the same behavior in other offices but they were very patient with me. Very organized office with good support from experienced staff. Very good training and classes.

Cons

Poor communication of new tax-related laws, changes, products and services. Of course, this responsibility depends of the manager's efficiency. Low hourly rate, that is understandable if you received the training for free. However, experienced tax professional sometimes do not like that.
