Pros

The flexibility in hours and scheduling along with the culture of the company is great.

Cons

Training could be better. It does not cover everything you need to prepare taxes, you sort of learn on the job in terms of the systems.

Pros

Get your own tax return for free.

Cons

Not getting paid. Not being treated fairly. Higher up doesn’t care about employees but their own profit. They ask you to perform and get job done with very little paycheck.
