Pros

Constantly trying to improve themselves and give clients more options to do their taxes. Very friendly and well educated tax preparers. You feel a family-like atmosphere.

Cons

Although my position was full time, it was also a seasonal (contract) position. There is no physical way to work another job and this one, So once my contract was over, I had to look for another job. I was trained but, there was alot more on the job training,

Pros

Home Office & training a team that works well together

Cons

Complete disillusion of new executive management. During a crisis the executives were silent and even taking risks with the Tax Professionals. A culture of slight of hand has taken over, the clearest example is when Tax Pro's were required to take a 14 day quarantine due to an office closure and that it would be paid as part of a "benefit" only to find out in very small print (which management was directed not to cover with them) that it would be paid for out of their commissions
