Flexible hours, awesome co-workers, good for someone with zero experience in tax, they pay for your license/state exam.
Cons
Horrible training that does not prepare you for the actual job, micromanaging higher management, slow/lacking communication. Low pay.

The manager was great to work with. She was pretty flexible about my schedule. The job itself was not too hard. Answering phones, greeting, checking in and cashing out the client.
Cons
There was quite a bit of drama between co-workers. They didn't respect the manager and talked behind her back, even tho she was super nice. It's very cut-throat when it comes to clients. Don't ever change a client unless the client requests to be changed or heads will roll! I think the training part of the hiring process could've been a bit more thorough.

If you want a career in accounting this job will ban you for the current year and the next two from touching accounting or sue you from $1,000-$10,000 per partial tax season. All for maybe 4 months of work for $14/hr. Really no raises for leveling up to harder returns.
