Pros

- MODERN BUSINESS PRACTICES DONE RIGHT - LOGISTICS DONE RIGHT, TOO! - Plenty of training ops - Positive and motivating leadership - Great team dynamics - Applied critical thinking done right, too - Plenty of work tools - Ideal secondary income for small business owners - Professional teams

Cons

- Sometimes bad tax pro habits get ignored by management if they're a high writer and they develop quite the ego which makes it very difficult to implement needed changes in how they act with clients - In fact, I can see already that communication needs work all around. It's nothing bad enough to wreck the business, but it does seem like there hasn't been much attention given to organizing the ways in which the team stays connected. Agile methodology (or parts of it, like scrum meetings) could be a huge immediate help in this area. - I will add to this if anything else comes up

Pros

Good training program Options to come back next year Options to upgrade your knowledge

Cons

Very low payment, almost minimum salary Very hours given to work. Can't cover even the TTC cost to go there and back. Some managers show attitude before you even start to work, on the hiring process. The interview, after you have completed the course and have a good % achievement, is just to put a check mark it's done. They don't even listen to your responses.

Pros

Has great scheduling flexibility and good training

Cons

Depending on your office, your co-workers can be super competitive and mean to one another, basically competeing for clients. While other offices are more friendly and the pros work together.
