Pros

Getting a paycheck is the only pro, and it’s a joke compared to other MSP’s.

Cons

50 to 70 calls a day. Terrible training!! Multiple hospital campaigns continually added to our skills with the minimal amount of training. Agents are asked daily to work overtime. Never enough coverage for campaigns. The company changed all service desk employees schedules with no warning and less than 1 business day before implementation, so there was no regard for how this would affect our personal lives. High employee turnover. Constantly being distracted from our call or after call documentation by work force management and supervisors telling us that we are taking to long and need to hurry up. Lunch and break scheduling is a joke. We are just a warm body to upper management. Unfair pay! Brentwood and Atlanta agents are paid $18 to $25 per hour, while Hohenwald agents are paid $12 - $17 per hour (although almost all are remote anyway). No incentives to do a good job. Some people get to work remote while others have to be in office without any logical explanation. Upper management is a joke and appears to consistently make rash decisions that damage the company’s integrity and the morale of employees. This place is all about who you know and the definition of nepotism.

Horrible company to work for

Pros

Only Pros are your co-workers. Everyone is super nice, kind and genuinely care for another.

Cons

Too many ro list. This constant OT request after you've already worked a 12 hour with no lunch break. The pay is below any other company out there that does the exact same thing. No drug screen required because of the high turn over rate. You will be lied to. Promises will be made and they are never followed through. If they have staffing issues they will take you off of what you actually enjoy doing and kick you back to the starting point of something you can't stand.

Pros

Some of the Recruiters are awesome as is most of the back office. Those are the individuals who used to work for Partner before the merger.

Cons

The merger of Partner and HCTec. The culture changed drastically and not for the better. The turn over rate is much higher and the new recruiting staff has much less experience..in other words not great at their respective jobs.
