Norhing good, LIED from the start.
Cons
Lied about paying for certification training, they only train you on software NOT certify so you cant take verifiable skills elsewhere. They "pizza party" there employees like you would a kindergarden class instead of raises, which no there isnt any. They wont let you work remote even though it could easily be a remote job, and the Helpdesk supervisor only speak well of those that suck up to her. Promos are based on who is favored not work ethic or metrics. You are treated like a 2nd class worker due to being helpdesk by supervisory staff and management. Schedules change with no notice, harassment level for asking to work OT. HR is unreliable help, she is purely their to protect corporate not help employees, and thats if they return calls. Fast food is respected more, and treated better for pay. $12ph, i can start at walmart or McDonalds and make more with better insurance and raises based off hard work. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY.
