Processing claims correctly and releasing payments to the provider by using Citrix application Providing needful customer service with 100% accuracy to maintain high quality and productivity Ability to identify problems and resolve to effective solution Ensure that structured process training is in place for the New projects Maintaining records of all benefits and resolve all issues in claim process to minimize risks in claim processing

Not worth working more than 6 months

Pros

Your co worker would be of same age group as all are freshers. You would make good friends, as everyone are polite and yet not serious about there life.

Cons

No good salary. Working hours are more than 12 hours. Stressful work, client keeps changing the process and the manger like cows accept whatever the clients says, without considering the employees view HR are for name sake, they aren't aware of their responsibility no promotion easily, AGM would turn DGM and then GM in one year and Associate would remain associate for more than years
