Pros are salary was always given on time

Cons

Working without break sometimes and lots of work pressure poor team leaders some does not provide leaves.

Fairly good benefits Fun events throughout the year Overtime offered fairly frequently throughout the year

Cons

The pay is not great Not very flexible schedule Ridiculous daily goals/expectations for the average person. I barely meet the minimum daily goal and they continue to tell you to do more. Very high new hire turnover
