Pros

Hiring process was smooth. Training was provided so if you're a fresh graduate, you wouldn't feel so lost being a part of the industry. I think the salary was fair for a new graduate like me, at the time.

Cons

Number of attrition was concerning which affected the overall performance and morale of the team.
