Better salary and benefits. Good environment. Accessible workplace. Friendly environment. Offers healthy lifestyle to the employees. Has sleeping quarters.

Cons

Some managers are unappreciative. Healthcare coverage has minimal coverage. Focus more on quantity or revenue over the sake of their employees.
