      Pros

      Full-time, 40 hours, and starts at 10 dollars an hour.

      Cons

      Someone will always be looking over your shoulder. Everything on your screen is recorded, All conversations are recorded. You have to use Unpaid "personal" time to go to the bathroom if you can't wait until your break. Your breaks must be taken on time and be back on time. Timed to the second. Training is not good.

      Only work here if you need full time

      Pros

      It's a paycheck and some of the people there are nice. Some accounts you can work at home.

      Cons

      Employees are not fairly paid for the work they do. They do not pay anyone near what is considered a competitive rate in the industry.
