Good selection process but not pretty salary.if anyone willing to do job under 15k without more knowledge then this is best

Cons

The complete bpo job in the big city.with such low salary.not worth it for desired engineers who studied big courses four around four years.

It is a 3rd Party CallCenter , Margins are thin and hence salaries can be on lower ef the window ,But the Company cares for it a people and one can grow in the Organzation if one should choose to rough it for some time

Cons

Hard work like any Call Center Basic pay like any call center
