Pros

Great people to work with. Great initial training. Decent pay with some benefits.

Cons

Treated like you are expendable and after initial training to promote within you get very little training and are expected to already know a job you have done.

Pros

I dont have any positive things to say abt dis company..it is better to be dnt join here...no salaries, work pressures,if u crossed your luch break or normal break dey will come nd call u to do work..if u say headche some health issue dey said take a tablet and come.really my suggestion is plz dnt join here.3 months i was seen hell in dat company.if u r going to join in airtel process u wont get salary for 2 mnths..salares r too less ..if u do the same work out u will get the double salary wht hgs r giving u..so plz try for another job nd plz stay away with hgs.if u get a job in hgs u hav to be adjust your whole life ..if u say iam feeling like die they said in polite way like frst u do mails nd calls after u die..

Cons

No challenging work..simply wasting time..no growth even if u get any expierience also dey doesnt considare like a ex. Candidate.plz my suggestion is dnt join..

Pros

Great starting point for people who wants to have a career in healthcare.

Cons

Product knowledge training is crucial, but it's not well thought of or planned. Employees are being sent to work on the floor without enough knowledge on the products. Many clients are rude and discriminatory. Some management staff abuse their power and manipulative to the point that it's already unfair to the employees. Many TL are very unprofessional, think only of their own well-being (which should not be the case), many doesn't have enough product knowledge, and doesn't know how to do their job well. Training is just a formality and even if the person being promoted didn't learn anything, they still pass. Employees who have worked longer than others in terms of tenure tends to act superior, not a good culture to be in. There are some admin staff who make it difficult for employees instead of being helpful. Benefits and salary is to the minimum. Many employees tend to work for the monthly compensation and not to help others anymore, this brings in a culture of unprofessionalism. This kind of award will not help the company, but rather bring it down because many clients are not happy with the service. A big percentage of the employees smoke and they pollute the air, it affects other's health.
