Pretty okay; except if you have life complications...
Pros
- Great Compensation package. - HMO very inclusive and won't cost you a cent to go see a doctor and take whatever medical tests you require. - Lenient on attendance if you have good performance. - Bathrooms are clean; runs out of toilet paper often, but that's not a huge deal. - Your very own headset for use during entire employment. - Comfortable chairs - High-speed internet access that can be utilized during break times. - 13th and 14th month pay + other bonuses per account.
Cons
- Give up any and all opportunities for promotion and certification if you fall ill or have a special circumstance that requires special attention over an extended period of time. - Don't bother hoping for internal promotions within your account as they are quick to do external hires. - HMO does not include any benefits for Medicine, or anything with regard to health maintenance. - Loves to do awarding ceremonies VERY LOUDLY while people are on calls. Do it in one of your 6 conference rooms! - Canteen at the E-Commerce building is horrible; very oily and BLAND. I repeat. BLAND.
