      Worst place to work at.

      Pros

      If you can be happy working here, you'll be happy in which ever company you work for. One pro is that there is always hiring in HGS Mysore as people keep leaving the job because it's such a horrible place to work.

      Cons

      Managers are very partial. All benefits of you are a Muslim or a female or a person who butters well. CROs are hired with same CTC but favoured employees get incentives and rest of them don't. No work life balance. Managers ask to extend shift, no proper breaks and if questioned about it we are threatened to be fired or targeted. Trust me, if you want a job and be happy as well then this is not the place to work. Especially the Mysore branch.

      Good if you need a job but not if you're looking for advancement

      Stressful Felt more like a number than a person Few advancement opportunities unless you are friendly with the management

      Negatively challenging.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Coworkers can be nice. Used to be able to play games on your computer between calls. Split shift is positive in that you have a few hours off to do things in the middle of the work day.

      Cons

      Training for additional roles is very sparse. Barked at if you log off one minute before your shift ends. You lose shift bid status if you're training for something new before it comes out, so you could end up on an evening shift and it is, or at least was, a nightmare for transit users. Split shifts make for a long day, but usually not too late for the bus. Computers were ancient and you were expected to log in early to compensate for the broken computer time.
