      Very good company to grow incase if u r looking for a career in bpo... Good management....incase fresher got opportunity, i recommened to job there to know value of a job.... doesnt recommend to people who r not into bpo sector and incase joined, my suggestionis only for an year... Also, HGS has good reputation outside...

      Cons

      If you know the work, you can complete your target within time else, you have to extend ur shift timings till u complete..(my suggestion is learn work) have to bare with little less salary for an year

      Pros

      Reasonable pay, and full paid training for several weeks. Some good people to work with. Benefits are good too.

      Cons

      Very little of any hopes/chances of promotion. Job can change completely and you have no real control over that, ie sudden introduction of mandatory sales pitches during calls.

      good Environment, providing Vast employment opportunities, great entry with PF/ ESI and Leaves

      Cons

      Not utilising available resources - infra, skill, manpower, just concentrating on domestic process. unhealthy atmosphere for entry level especially, few unethical practices at middle level ( grown up from entry to lead specially), not creating further growth to other as few leads are not capable to grow ladder neither leaves job nor grows...
