Management is a mixed bag depending on which area you work some good ops guys but some proper mupets

Pros

It is a 3rd Party CallCenter , Margins are thin and hence salaries can be on lower ef the window ,But the Company cares for it a people and one can grow in the Organzation if one should choose to rough it for some time

Cons

Hard work like any Call Center Basic pay like any call center
