      Basically we worked for airtel We have to communicate with the airtel customers. They will write a mail regarding any complaint or billing issue in their connection. We use to resolve their complaints.

      Cons

      Yeah. In my current company they not able to offer me a growth in the firm . I felt that I should have some grow and responisbilty. So am searching for a new job

      Company has no proper interview process.pathetic HR ppl.who doesnt even know proper english.its a cal center.no career growth at all.no proper cab facility.poor infrastructure.
