      Pros

      They recognise individual talents. Internal job postings is one of the major Pros's and it provides ample opportunities for those who want to grow and have the potential or talent for growth. Company's Learning and Development cell ensures personal as well as professional grooming for those who seek them. HR team comes up new and creative ways of having fun each month. So, its not just work!

      Cons

      Salary is not at par with the market standards. Some processes are not very well organised. Sometimes lot of pressure from the management and unresonable targets.
