      Work culture is good. Employee enjoys working here and the company is a good platform to build its employee's career.

      Cons

      Salary and appraisals are not good. This is can be used as a platform but can not continue with this salary for a long time.

      Pros

      This company is a pro employee kind of company. They have policies but they are willing to bend those rules for the benefit of their employee. They are very considerate. They provide great benefits to their employees. They also provide a yearly appraisal which is added directly on your basic pay. They also provide great performance based bonuses.

      Cons

      Higher basic pay for entry level, should be in at least smart casual business attire, more food in the pantry
