Pros

It’s remote, you will be trained for about 4weeks and get paid during the training, it’s a good survival job for new immigrants

Cons

Long shifts, sometimes you work on holidays, when in a call, the support managers take long time to help you, some of them are rude and condescending, pay is barely enough, may affect your health emotionality due to speaking with a lot of customers yelling and cursing all day, may affect your health due sitting for long hours and looking at two bright computer screens for 8-10 hours daily.

Health benefits Over time pay My TL was nice

Cons

New hires earn more than people who have been there longer There used to be shift bid but not anymore. Lack of support. You can ask a question and wait about 3 hours before you get a response Pay is low compared to what competitors offer Back to back calls depending on your department Ever changing process and somewhat unrealistic targets Some people who work in support are rude

Pros

Always paid on time. That is now the only good thing.

Cons

Extremely poor work/life balance. No prospect of raises...ever...despite what you are told in interview. Poor support system newly implemented. No more direct supervision or coaching. Lack of adequate time for training, especially for anyone that does not speak/read English as a first language. Extremely poor scheduling/not consistent shifts. Deliberately incorrect metrics used. Harassing pop-ups during work day.
