      Pros

      Sales and Customer Services role with good scope for progression. Good working environment with very good management and worker relations.

      Cons

      There is a shift working rota in operation between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 over a seven day period while working a full weekend followed by a half weekend and then two weekends off.

      Pros

      HGS is a great corporate company to work for. It is quite a laid back environment though there is a great work ethics. They do focus on the work values which are GQ SPICE and applies these values in the work. Opportunity to travel within the different sites and meet clients.

      Cons

      Though there is a structure in the organisation, ideas from other members are not always taken and applied or tested. Any idea is a good idea unless proven wrong. Any implementations brings food for thought in the organisation for the betterment of each project. Personal growth of each individual should be tracked online so a true picture of the Personal performance Review can be viewed by the internal Recruitment and other department.
