Pros

It's fairly easy to get a job because they seem to be recruiting all the time. Fellow colleagues and team leader were friendly and helpful.

Cons

Be aware that "customer service" translates as "dealing with complaints" in 80% of calls in my experience. permanent hot-desking. You have to arrive at least 15mins before your shift starts to log in to all the computer systems and this is unpaid time.

Pros

the training period is awesome. you get perks like coffee tea biscuits. for Diwali you get a gift box containing chocolates and eatables. performance based incentives are there

Cons

you are given huge targets, the ambiance is very disturbing. the manager will be continuously shouting at you as if you are cattle.
