      They offer Flexible scheduling which is great

      Cons

      You are not paid what you are told You dont get training on the system until the day you have to actually use it Team leads know nothing

      Depending on the account you work for you can and will be forced to go home early, some of the policies and rules are hard follow because they are forever changing
