      Nice colleagues, mostly cheerful atmosphere

      Training wasn't included any important topic what we might expect from a call, which is not too bad as you can follow up with NHS website. Your holiday request are mostly ignored and for a reason not clear for me they ask for reason of taking the holidays, I have never heard of a place where you need to share your holyday plans or your medical appointments ect. with your employer (and in the end of the day they sing you in with unauthorised time off, so they don't have to pay for it). It is the same with people who are working there for years ... there is no HR for obvious reasons. Brakes are strictly monitored and you will be shouted at if you dare to take 4 min for "comfort break" . Absolutely disgraceful, do not recommend
